Somerset is Pets Friendly

Do you or a loved one own a cat or small dog? We allow a cat or small dog with prior manager approval.

The resident must be able to care for their pet and the pet must be friendly and well behaved. A dog or cat must be on a lease or harness when in common areas indoors. A dog must also be on a lease or harness outdoors. While we don’t require a cat be on a lease or harness when outdoors, you may want to consider it because if the cat runs away, staff won’t have time to chase around and catch it. No one can catch an uncooperative cat.
